In 2013, I found a passion for building through resurrecting historic homes around Boston. I worked on every phase of the renovations from demolition to detailed finish carpentry, masonry and landscaping. This invaluable experience provided me with a priceless perspective as to the full scope of any job from start to finish, surprises included.

Outside of building homes, I work on design & build projects such as decks, pergolas, timber frame structures, sheds, furniture and unique one of a kind heirlooms.

I seek quality, long term solutions for every project and have found you can achieve this through thoughtful design, practical building strategies that incorporate both old and new building science, and attention to detail.

I feel drawn to the principles of biophilic design, a concept that aims to connect people with nature in the built environment. It is based on the idea that humans have an innate affinity towards natural elements and that exposure to them can enhance well-being, creativity and productivity.
